Ok I have a 73 FJ40 soa with 60 knuckles and disk brakes I've bought the hy steer arms from trail gear I thing they are very very similar to marlin ones , my question was does anybody run this set up and can tell me what is the length of the relay rod and the rod that conects the gearbox to the steering arm on the knuckle ....I'm fabbing my own from gm tierod ends and need the distance from one center of the hole on one steering arm to the other center of the whole on the other steering arm thanks ahead.....

I thought TG and Marlin both use FJ80 TREs with their steering arms. Did you buy arms that are not drilled for a TRE or are you going to ream out the existing hole to the GM "1ton" TRE size? As for your link measurements, you should be able to get a rough idea with a tape measure.
 
Well I'm using the inner tierod ends from a chevy 2500 van and they are fit perfectly into the steering arm holes ....the outer tre are a different ream the inner are perfect fit ....
