Silly questions but how does the steering column cover come off? I thought it would split in half when I removed 5 screws but it appears to only split on the right side, not on the left. I adjusted the steering column tilt but it doesn't seem like it would be easy to get it off in one piece (and I have resolved this time to not use my Armstrong method to get it off, breaking something new while trying to fix something--for which I Am Legend)...

Not sure if it is still obscured by the cover, or I'm looking right at it?
