The 80 does not start. A Tac Tac noise comes from the 12 / 24v coupler for one or two seconds then from the starter relay: see video.
It seems to be possible to attempt a start by supplying the start relay with 12 V. This relay has a white and black plug, which must be supplied with 12 V?

Are your batteries fully charged?
If you're in a cold climate old batteries loose holding power.
Otherwise you can tap into the starter relay wires.
Another spot to check is the fusible link to starter relay. I ran a new wire.
Also can start mine on 24v OEM or 12v with a fused momentary switch. This either starts with key on on bump engine with key off.
