im still havin starting issues after replacing fuel pump from Beno ... not having fuel until ign/ecu fuse is removed and reinstalled , could it be the relay , or what other components are involved in the fuel supply when starting ???

So the engine will start and run after removing and replacing the fuse, but next time you try to start it it won't start? Is that after waiting just a few seconds, minutes, hours?

Some times there no need to remove the fuse , but it has been doint consistently to make me worry about , started the truck three times today with no issues

I had same problem a couple years ago couldn't figure out for longest time.. well it was the starter!! it would work fine when cold first thing in morning or after not driving long distances. once the engine got hot and warmed up the starter was done until cooled down again(which could take a long time sometimes /overnight). pull starter have rebuild and you should be fine.. keep your Toyota starter don't get new unless from dealership otherwise will be aftermarket crap
