I've got an 86 2H engine and have had to remove my starter twice in the last six months to repair it and once again it has died on me. The problem seems to be with the magnet switch assembly having a loose or broken wire inside it, but I can't figure how to get it out of the housing.
Does anyone know how to remove the magnetic switch behind the plunger? The manual shows how to remove every part but this.
