I think you’re priced very fairly for a locked rig with some nice upgrades (those seats look great!)...my one suggestion would be to answer the question most buyers will have re: if there has been any engine work (or more specifically if the head gasket has been done). Not a problem if it hasn’t, but it will save you some back and forth to answer it upfront.

I've had it 10 years but it did not come with much history. So one told me youmay be able to tell if the head has been of by the look of the half circle plugs on the front top of the head?

That's the valve cover gasket, which could have been serviced separately. Head gasket is lower. You'd probably know if you've done (or had someone do) it given the labor and/or cost involved.

Agree with Happycoop it seems fair +/- . Generally, also a question as to the condition of the axles/frame and any associated rust, which could change views.

And more specifically, did you end up replacing the radiator or resolving it 'running hot' as mentioned in some of your somewhat recent posts?
 
No on the rad. It only did it a couple of times on steep off road pulls with trailer. Its not really reproducible.
