Hard not to love those TRD gauges, I opted to just go speedhut since I’m thinking of switching the 62’s cluster gauges over to them as well.

What else do you have in the Delta console?
Pm sent on the gaugePLX and a brand new OEM TRD boost gauge. I like old school and I like new school but I don't really need 2 boost gauges. Thinking about selling the TRD boost gauge. What do you think?
The TRD boost gauges are super hard to come by now and they look like they sell for Stupid Money.
However if I don't install both gauges I'm going to have an empty hole in my Delta shifter console going to be naked I need something to go in there if I sell the TRD boost gauge

Here's a better pic of the holes I drilled out using the "truck" size drill bits. It was the 3 smallest bits. Super easy to drill out that thin plate. Was a really easy DIY now that I reflect on the job. I would say a 1.5job. If you can rebuild your knuckles, you can do this Transgo kit!
Just be careful when flipping the valve body over there's balls on BOTH SIDES. So unscrew the VB bolts. Then pickup half of the VB with the gasket and middle plate and separate (you leave the bottom VB on the table. While still holding onto both top VB + plate, you carefully flip that over so the sandwich plate is facing up and then place the whole thing down on the table. Carefully lift the sandwich plate up then you'll see both VBs and the many check balls hopefully still in its original place (if not, the instructions list the spots where things are supposed to be, the A343 doesn't have every thing listed either so don't freak out). You remove 1 check ball from the top VB and 1 from the bottom VB. Then you switch out the PR spring.
I cleaned then sharpied the holes I need to drill. I quadrupled check the instructions over and over before I drilled the holes. Make sure you pay attention
Clean again and then I put some new ATF on the new gaskets so it'll stick to the VB. Just carefully flip and flip in reverse order like you took it off with the plate holding the stuff from falling out.
* one more thing. The bolts are (3) different sizes in each hole. I used a box to make a template so I didn't have to struggle to figure out what bolt went where. Spend the extra time to do this and you;ll be much happier. @NLXTACY includes nice boxes that double as a template =D *

You know what... I took a ton of pics when doing it. I know there are write up's already on MUD but nothing I found really good at least in once place. I think I'll create a new thread with full size images specifically for this Transgo kit so other members can really see how NOT scary this job is.
I got ATF all over me and it was in my garage on a dolly and I still got ATF all over my shirt and pants. Couldn't imagine if it was over on top of me how much ATF rain I would have got all over. Not scary at all just messy if you still have the trans in the truck.
