Not an exact match to color but it's close enough better than smashed even though I'm probably going to smash it again anyway

Fender bed lined to match. Not a fan of bed liner, but the previous owner did the whole truck. It just didn't look right with 1 fender not matching. Repainted the front bumper and finally installed my warn zeon 10s winch that i got used a few months ago on a Craigslist deal for cheap.

Waiting on my 6inch Dobi coils to come in so i been working on wiring. All done except for maybe an extra 18inch light bar under the stinger.

Ordering a 80 series power steering frame reinforcement kit since I'm pulling the box anyway to install my redhead hydro and PSC ram kit and weld knuckle gussets.

Awesome rigs, I’ve just gotta say I’m jealous of the lack of rules in USA. While being in Australia is great (absolutely not rust to deal with), we can’t lift our cars/4wds more than 2” in total. (Eg fitting 33” tyres AND 2” suspension lift is illegal, police regularly setup checkpoints on weekends near the tracks and actively measure/check every vehicle going through. The only way to run more than 2” total lift is to get engineered and have a lane swerve test done, that generally costs $3500-4000 per attempt and it’s apparently pretty damn hard to get a vehicle to pass with more than 4” lift.

Oh and the penalty’s (apart from being defected and the car having to be returned to stock before being driven again) will often exceed $1000....

So yeah, amazing to see what you guys can legally run

(absolutely not rust to deal with), The Ocean has no salt in it in Australia ? Where I live in Calif there no Snow or sait on the Road but the Cars rust for the out side in from the Sea salt in the air.

So yeah, amazing to see what you guys can legally run

That's ridiculous.

Ghetto made fridge slide out of all random free material I had. It'll work for King of the Hammers in 2 weeks. Good enough for now till I decide to either make drawers again for cruiser2 or maybe upgrade cruiser1 with a store bought drawer system and then move my DIYs into this truck. Really hard to buy drawers when it takes about a day and 200 in material at home depot for 2 drawers.

Ugh. Previous owner/installer fully welded these caster brackets in. Who the F does that? You only need 2 little beads when you install brackets.

I'm cutting the extra nubs off and keeping the extra metal since its nearly impossible with out spending a ton of hours carefully cutting them off. Drilling out the bracket where the original holes are.

My carbide burr broke so im waiting on Amazon for my new burr tomorroq before I can finish installing the new Delta VS 6 inch lift radius arms

Also, whoever welded this does not know how to weld. There's so much porosity it's not even funny.
Same guy also welded inside the bracket in the original hole is a dumb ass.

Chewed up 5 drill bits trying to make progress through the welded holes just because I didn't have a carbide burr.

Borrowed my buddies Matco carbide burr late yesterday. Knocked out 2 out of 4 holes then got dark. Will knock out the remaining 2 today after work and get the bracket lower nubs cut down and install the new Delta 6 radius arms.

Doesn't look like I'm getting 6" Dobi lift in time for KOH. So I'll be running my 3+30mm spacer. I still need to do some coolant work and change out my PHH and try to get my hydro assist installed by then.

After reading your thread I gatta up my LED game... biggly... My LX is at the spa getting front axle rebuild and other items that need attention. Hope to get her back Tuesday and shake down run Saturday in the desert.

Decided to trim some of it off. The extra hole is still there if I ever go back or need extra caster or go back to oem arms. It's super minimal right now. I'll try it out and if it limits flex then I'll just go in and cut it off
