Springs, Lift, Shocks (1 Viewer)

Well time to start doing a few mods on the new Cruiser. I want a 3" lift, and new shocks. I will be doing 90% road miles, 10% easy 4 wheeling on roads in out of the way places. No wheeling for this puppy for a while anyway, still too pretty.

I want the best possible ride for the road at this point.
Should I do the light springs ( OMU) 3" lift and Toyota shocks?
Can I do that?

Why do you want a lift? From what I've heard the OME stock replacement 861/862 with n73/74 is much better than stock, but you are not going get the lift.

From what I know (not that much) the 3" lift would kill the stock shocks in short order.

I want the lift, so I can put on taller tires for more ground clearance.

my plan is the OME Medium setup with 295 tires....very streetable, good stance, add some sliders and it'll wheel 90% of where an 80 will fit.

If you are planning on taller tires, might wanna call Christo...rumor has it, the 4" springs are in stock as well

Go with Slees caster correction plates as well - don't even mess with the OME CC bushings!
