I thought it might be a good idea to have a place where everyone could list the spring rates of various suspension kits you're all running for those of us in the market. If we could list the stock values as well that would be great. I see them listed in random threads...or maybe this already exists but I looked and couldn't find it.

For me personally, I am curious if there is a "soft" LC spring I can find to add to rear of my LX. I have a rear bumper with a tire carrier coming for the rear and i am
planning on carrying various trip gear so I'd like to not stress the AHC asking it to carry extra load but at the same time not add too much spring rate either.

How much more weight do you think you have on her? Wondering if you can get away with just shimming the stock springs for more pre-load.

Also, King springs in Australia offered AHC specific springs for the 100-series (KTRS-79). You might look that way for 200-series springs.

I ran OME 2722's for a year or so then switched up to OME 2723's. The 2722's were nice but seem to lossen up over time.

Not sure yet. @Willy beamin might know better than me. I figure 300lbs of stuff inside plus the bumper.

I'm no spring guru. I defaulted to what Christo was utilizing until I had a rear tire carrier built then I had to venture off on my own. I'd suggest you cruiser the OME spring rate chart (attached below) and identify the closest spring rate to what you think will match your normal carrying load, weight wise. Realize that days where there is less weight in the rear the ride feel and rear ride height may reflect that weight change and visa versa. Again from my experience the OME 2722's were nice for a while but they softened up enough to where I went with a stiffer spring.

Not knowing what your plan of attack is I'll disclaimer a bit further here - when I changed out the rear springs it was because I had changed my suspension as a whole (F/R). Balance is key unless you like riding a bucking bronco

I'm currently running OME 2723's in the rear
In the front I have Eibach 16" / 3" ID / 700lbs
