spring over or not (2 Viewers)

Can anyone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of doing a spring over are? My FJ40 is half street and half dirt. If I do a spring over what size lift should I install in order to run 35's?
Can you do a shackle reversal with a spring over? I appreciate your help.

ouchhhh... just do a search and read up on write -ups on them....its usually the same for most off road vehicles so the write ups relate to eachother on spring overs ..if you do a spring over it is a lift so you could run 35's sooo i'm not sure what ya mean. yea you can do a shackle reversal sprung over but don't complicate it...
