OK, here it is 8)

MC23 splitcase link click here

The H41/2 transmission output shaft will have to be replaced with a new 10 spline shaft. This will hook up any transmission that a mini t-case will adapt to. The back goes to the splitcase. he he

H55 and FJ62 automatic are not available.

Right now limited quantities are available. More are in process.

#001 is on the way to Indianapolis, IN. Current plans are to install it this Friday/Saturday. Pics will be taken and posted! This will be behind a sm420 and have the 2.8 gearset in it. I hope to have enough driveshaft left for a High Angle driveline disconnect!

Stay tund my fellow Cruiserheads, and a big Thanks to Scott/Cruzilla for making these happen!

Ok, so lemme git this straight...

The gears for the split case are NOT designed to be used with the 19spline h41 that currently resides in my 82 FJ60?

It only bolts to the SM420?

confused...

OK, gears?? this is a Toybox not splitcase gears. Toybox gears are GM10 spline. This is an adapter to the splitcase (19 spline), to the Toybox. There is a shaft to buy for the H41/2 so it will mate to the Toybox. So now there is a limited quantity available. More are in progress.

The Toybox/mini-tcase will bolt to almost any transmission available.

Installed mine on Friday. Everything went very well, all items needed were included and it was a breeze to install! This thing is a work of art, Marlin and crew have scored big here!

Here's a installed shot from overhead. I have lots of little detail things to complete, and will fresshen all the paint before more pics are taken.

A few more pics are here http://www.iei.net/~msmythe/mods2.htm Thanks to Scott (Cruzilla) for putting this together. Notice he signed the ToyBox (in one of the pics)!

These things ROCK! Thanks Scott for all your efforts on this. The kit was an awesome display of machine work on the adapters, very easy to install, and complete!

It shifts effortlessly, and with more options it makes easy work of the obstacles! After 2 comps, and numerous practice runs, I have had NO trouble, no leakage, and never popped outta gear!

I do have a single warning, the added torque at the axles, along with the awesome traction of the Krawlers, is very hard on the front axle! Like BFG says "we don't apologize for the breakage caused by excessive traction".

I am just glad to see it a reality after all the campfire discussions from SO many years ago. :D

PS don't touch that dial
