These spacers are new in the box and will fit most Toyotas with a six lug pattern. I bought them for my Toyota pickup but ended up not needing them.

Yep, it's the two spacers with all the hardware, red loctite, etc.

I also have a set of of 1.5" Toyota hubcentric spacers that are new and in the box, too. I just need to find them in the garage. I think they are part # WHS-007 but I'd have to double check.
