Speedometer not turning “OFF” (1 Viewer)

Hey guys! I am having a issue with my land cruiser 100(1hdfte) when I turn my switch off these lights are not turning off and some needles are also working without any switch turned on. What could be the reason of this please guide i have checked relays and fuses but no solution

Nope! No rain neither i wash my car recently.
I was driving yesterday no issue but when i parked my car in garage this happened
