Speedometer gear removal and source to replace

My speedometer has skipped a lot for the last few years. Took it apart tonight and this gear is ground down. Can’t figure out how to remove it? Does anyone know? Does anyone know where I can buy a new one?

another cluster is going to be the easiest source.

Figured out how to remove it. It’s just a friction fit.
you can see how worn it is. Anyone know where to get a new one?

Yeah, I had seen that I might need a new cluster. Kinda stinks when this is the only part that is bad. it was causing my speedometer needle to flip and flop and the. It would start making a grinding and rattling sounds as it skipped across those grooves.
