Speedi-Sleeve Number? (1 Viewer)

I know allot of folks don't like using them but I am in a bind and getting a new flange is not an option right now. So, does anyone know the CR part # for the sleeve that fits over the pinion flange? I've got a grove that's more than I can buff out and a new seal isn't cutting it.
