For us large tires dudes, do they make a TruSpeed or whatever they're called for the 100? Or, do we simply go to a speedo/tach place for a new gear?

ShottsUZJ100, there's a manufacture here in Australia that makes a plug in unit that has two settings in which you can switch between eg: 33" tyres for on the street and 35" tyres for play. Marks 4WD Adapters, a mate has one for his 80 series NOT SURE if its compatible with the 100 though

Superlift makes an electronic one, it is also distributed by Slee, you can fine tune it to give you exact speed and get shift points back to normal OE settings.

From Christo -

Superlift Tru-Speed (Middle of the page) can take two settings for two sets of tires as well as be adjusted for different sizes if you change in the future. This was discussed quite a bit awhile back and no speedo correction gear was available for the 100.

If you e-mail Dan at american toyota, he may have a secert way of adjusting those puppies. I seem to remember him talking about that special feature of the newer more technolicaly advanced 100 series. later robbie
