Besides spark plugs and spark plug wires, what is typically changed at the same time? Distributor cap? I have a 96 Montero SR with about 113,000 miles. Last I change the plugs were around 60,000 miles.

Dealer told me they usually change Platinum plugs. But I'm pretty sure I used the NGK IFR5E11 before. The cost between the plugs is negligible. But I'm not sure if the dealer lets me bring my own plugs for them to use. It may be VIN dependant.....so I won't need to convince them I WANT iridium instead.

Yours is an SR so I'm assuming the 6g74 3.5L? If you don't have the coil packs then yes, plugs leads, cap. NGK all the way through imho...
