Spare Tyre Loose Fit after re install (1 Viewer)

Hi

I have a 1999 LC 100 with 285 75 16.
I just swaped my spare tyre today due a small crack in one of the driver wheels.

Once putting the spare tyre back it is still loose in place ( left and right movement).
I it is touching the upper brackets well. I do not want to overtighten.
Mechanism seems to be working well.
wheel hub facing upward towards truck body.

It is not tight enough if the tire moves left and right.

A video might help. It certainly shouldn’t wiggle. Did you raise the tire when it was on level ground? Maybe lower the tire and raise it again while jostling it around?
