Spare tire tools? Anybody have 'em?

Have a bottle jack, no good way to lower the spare tire. Anybody got the tools laying around?

I have an extra factory 4 piece handle which I do believe is used to turn down the spare. I removed spare Carrier years ago so can't confirm. If this is what you are After then you can have it. Pick up in kent or west seattle.
