you suck! Just cause i'm jealous. Nice find. Is it long enough for your height?

Yep, fits me just fine. The dimensions have it listed as being 85" long, though with the angle of the roof I've got to say that anyone over 6"3 or 6"4 is going to experience a bit of claustrophobia.

The :princess: can sleep with the pooch at her feet just fine, and she's 5"3 on a good day.

put an ARB winch bumper on my fzj80 a month ago. Waiting for the weather to get a bit better so I can put on my IPF lights.

Ordered the jdm factory fog lamp swith for them today.

Did you ever get the rotors in? Let me know when you get ready to do the install. I'd love to come over and watch you do it.

Got the fronts sitting on my passenger seat, waiting on the rears to come on. I'm told it'll be this week...

Probably try to do em at your place, along with the laundry list other things we need to get done:

  • Check my springs
  • Install front spacers
  • Re assemble your Blazer
  • Rotors/Pads (as mentioned above)
Hot damn, we need some nicer weather.

Does it look like this?

busmup808,

It was nice meeting you this weekend and doing a bit of snow offroading. Hopefully we can get out a bit more here soon.

Roger Doger, same here. I'm going to finally lift my truck now that i went with the both of you. Maybe when my wife finishes school on the 17th

Heck yeah. Let us know. I'm sure we would both like to help. Knowledge is power and right now I feel pretty weak. I hear hands on is the way to learn.

Yes sir. Thats how i learned from my Dad, anyway.

Looks like some fun wheeling up there. Wish I was in Wa right now

Forward Progress!

Been high time for an update!

After this past weekend of being cruiserless (due to a completely flat tire) at the NWOS barbecue down in Millersylvania, I got off my lazy arse and got the thing fixed. Turned out to be a bad valve stem - $10 at Jeff's Used Tires. Yay for Jeff!

And, because I know Ryan will appreciate this especially, the :princess: came through with my latest (and best, IMO) mod:
IMAG0242.webp

It's a secksy lady air freshener, and it matches my interior

(ignore the steering wheel carnage... I'm way too cheap to buy another one)

Unbelievable.. Sold my 40 Sunday. I wrote his wife a sealed letter after taking a few shots of Fireball on Saturday night. I told her that this could bring thier relationship to new levels. That if she were to buy him a hi-lift for his birthday that it would mean the world to him. Also that all she would have to say to make his day is "honey take me for a spin". I wish that some one would have written my wife a letter like that. Seems like it was a constant struggle. "Well I'm Gonna Miss Her" I am currently applying for open passenger seats in the Puget Sound area.

Ryan

Speaking of getting off of your arse....

Let's hit up the Carbon River area up this weekend. I want to see if we can make a dent into the Suprise Lake trail. Either that or go ahead and push forward to Lake Co-Play. There are plenty of places there to camp too. Could be good fun, bigger. Ryan can sit with Floyd, :hillbilly:, while you :steer:.
