Knew this day would come.. I bought a HID kit for my HJ61 while i was in japan. One light melted the housing at some point and i need to replace it. Just having a hard time finding a replacement bulb.

I know nothing about headlights. From looking at this one seems like its a h4 I can find some online but most do not say the input voltage and seem rather cheap.. maybe best to just buy a new kit with ballast and go from there?

Trying to avoid putting the old stuff back in..

Thanks for the link. Just waiting on a reply to see if the work with 24v.. if not i think ill be going back to the old stuff..

Well I decided to put the old bulbs back in. I will miss the brighter light output but too much of a pain to track down bulbs. Plus if something goes out while I'm on a trip it will be a lot easier to source normal bulbs.

I emailed them about that but they said nothing worked with a 24v system.. oh well.

If i was starting new with nothing on hand that looks like a decent deal.
Hmm.. product spec sheet says: BALLAST INPUT: 9-32V DC o_O
