I can't stomach buying a tool and only using it once. Can anyone suggest somewhere that I can rent some tools like a 1FZ-FE crank holding tool for example? I'd like to replace my timing chain and all the other goodies and gaskets that I can get to when that's all off and I'm trying to save some money.

Thanks everyone. I stand on the shoulders of giants.

Your signature line mentions you are in the Keystone Cruisers club. Checking with local club members would be my first choice. Some clubs have their own loan-a-tool program.

Most auto part stores will rent / loan tools. Check your local Napa, Autozone, or O'Reilly's.
Auto parts stores will not have a crank holding tool that will fit the LC. This is a specialty tool.

Best bet is a local club and support them. If you are a local member, that helps you have local connections to have access to these types of things.
