Sounds ds like motor pulsing. On moab and can't look up, but my wife is nagging enough for me to care. Not motor related, sound when motor running and when off. Thanks!

OEM tiny radio cooling fan? Mine runs if the key is in the ignition and it is irritating.

Pulling 'gauge' fuse made the madness stop. Plenty of things on that fuse where you don't want to drive around without it.
