SOR sliding windows (1 Viewer)

I bought the rear sliding windows from Marv Specter, and tried to get them in yesterday. I failed miserably, and I am wondering if there is a trick to it. Tried the rope/string thing, and did dnot work.
If anyone has the same windows, PLEASE let me in on the installation.

I've heard the only proper way to do this is to hire a preofessional auto glass installer, and a good one at that cause even they are known to botch the job.

Soak the gaskets with spray silicone, preferably the day before. Try using a coated piece of wire instead of the rope (larger diameter and slippery)
I am not a professional but this has worked on some pretty tight windows.
