Hello - a couple of weeks ago my cruiser (93fzj80) wouldn’t start due to sub 0 degree weather. I had no problem jumping it to get it started, but after starting I noticed my aftermarket Sony CarPlay head unit is completely dead, screen doesn’t turn on and usb outlet doesn’t provide power.

Any ideas on what might have happened?

Did you check the fuse in the back of the radio?

X2, could have blown due to a voltage surge while jump starting. They caution jump starts on newer vehicles that have more sensitive electronics

As stated I would pull the deck and verify you're getting power to the back of it. If you are, verify the decks fuse is good. If it's good the deck is bad.

Does anyone know which fuse powers the radio on the fzj80? I got into day and it was all of a sudden not working.
If I need to remove the dash panels to pull the radio to check the fuse on the back of the radio, does anyone have a recommended walk through on removing the dash pieces to pull radio &/or climate controller? For another reason I'm needing to pull the climate controller
