It’s been long over due that I swap out this down pipe.
My buddy had some steel rough cut for me for the flange.

I machined the flange out
Picked up some 2.5” stainless piping, vband and resonator.
Got to fitting everything.

And here is a sound clip of the finished product
I’m pretty happy with the results. The stainless should last a good long while and the truck honestly isn’t that loud.
