Some dash/instrument cluster lights not working after cambelt replacement? (1 Viewer)

Currently these following lights stopped working on my instrument cluster/dash.

-Left and Right indicators
-Neutral
-2nd
-Low
-Centre Diff Lock switch
-O/D

And these happened after I brought it to my mechanic for a cambelt + water pump job.

Any ideas? I'm not convinced they are related but it did happen after the big job.

All functions still work just no light on my instrument cluster when they are working.

It's possible that if they really did happen at the same time the mechanic didn't disconnect the battery and shorted the alternator to ground. either way you should start by check your fuses.
I've seen strange things happen when various circuits are shorted to ground or attempted jump starts with the terminals reversed.
