I am unloading all of my 3B wiring harnesses that I have accumulated since I am going with an aftermarket harness and a manual control system.
I have a BJ60 main cowl harness set up with super glow system for a 3B engine. The harness would be a good option to run the engine components while your stock FJ40 harness controls everything else. This is a 12v setup.

Next up is a 24v harness pulled from a Canadian BJ42. This harness is complete from front to rear. This can be plug and play for those wanting to go the 24v route.
Firm price of $400 plus the ride.
Last up is a partial harness I purchased fro SOR. This is the driver's side portion of a BJ42 harness that handles the edic control and misc engine components
