Looks like a convertible PT Cruiser with diffuse edema.
More like a VW Cabriolet...
And if there is anyone else who doesn't know what Bloo is saying half the time, I looked it up: pulmonary edema diffuse edema in pulmonary tissues and air spaces due to changes in hydrostatic forces in capillaries or to increased capillary permeability, with intense dyspnea
