I can't really tell from your pics but ...
it appears that the tang side with strap look like they are for a jump seat but the buckle side looks to be for the front seats.
One has the electric connector for the seat belt light/horn hanging off of it.

Can you please confirm?
 
I thought the same when I pulled them out of the box. All the jumpseat belts I have ever seen have been webbed both sides. And the only cabled receptacles I've ever seen have been on 79 and newer fronts.

I have no provenance on these belts. They came to me as you see them in a buyout I did of Midwest Landcruisers in 1990. I opened the box last week to look for a set of belts for @tstepp920 and decided to post these.
