Removed my AHC from my '03 LX470 with ~210k miles and replaced with a conventional suspension setup. Was able to remove the two front shocks and 1 rear without having to cut anything (the rears are difficult to remove!). The AHC system fully worked when I removed it. The bushing at the bottom of each shock is in the condition you would expect at ~210k miles out west. If you have a good way to replace the bushing, probably worth replacing them.
