I am getting ready to pull my cruiser apart to do a spring over. I noticed the the PO had used a block uder the solid spring mount in the rear to lift it. Im nor sure why, but maybe to even it out because of spring sag. My question is, should I leave it and just do the spring over, or should I change it. They seem to have done a really good job, they reinforced it on the back side. Her are some pics to go along to help explain what I am talking about. Also I have not decided if I am going to do a shackle reversal yet. I am worried about getting the mounts threw the frame lined up. How hard is this and what is the best way to get it straight. Any help would really help.

Thanks
Cacy
