Anyone had this? I am getting a smell that smells just like propane inside my fj62. It seems to be coming from the engine compartment thru the heater vents. It is not the gas cap and does not seem to be coming from the exhaust. Befor I get the remark no it is not propane powered. It just smells like it.
could it be?
smog pump related
charcoal cannister if so how do you clean
cat converter

Sounds like a leaky heater core, or exhaust system leaking after the converter? Charcol canister will give gas fumes. Smog pump shouldn't give any smell.
