I have a stock 3-speed with a chevy 350 in my fj40 and going to put a sm420 swap in it. I would like to know what the length difference between the sm420 using space ghosts adaptor and the 3-speed stock transmission. If someone could at least tell me the length of a sm420 and the 3-speed then i could figure out the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The stock 3 speed tranny is 9 1/2" long. The length of the SM420 is 10 1/2" add on the adpator plate and the length is 11 1/8" give or take an 1/8". I'm using Extreme Bends adaptor plate.
