My 02 model with 316,000 miles feels frisky and agile. No complaints now about performance. Steps taken to get this feeling.

1) New Denso OEM plugs.
2) New Denso Coils
3) New Denso O2 sensors
4) SCS F5 wheels that weigh 18.6 lbs each with 285/75R16 Cooper Evo Mud tires. Total wheel and tire weight 72lbs.
5) New battery
6) MAF cleaned
7) Safari Airmax snorkel
8) Valley Tech Fabrication front bumper

I did remove the 2nd and 3rd row seats because I will eventually have a box in that area.

And that more rare maroon 😍 adds at least 50hp!

Whaaat!? I like buying genuine too but no chance on that price. Here’s the one I got from Amazon (hope it links correctly) https://a.co/d/6ogIt71
On a similar topic , for my understanding....so our vehicles have a mechanical connection from the pedal to this part , but then this part controls a sensor that moves the throttle plate electronically? Or does it serve another function ?

Yes. Sensor plug is built into the part. There’s a YouTube video mister memo that’ll make sense to you

Sorry, I’m on mobile or I’d look it up.
I have a Feb 2003 LX. Does mine have this part? If not, what changed?
