I have the same issue with slow wipers. I disassembled my entire system to lube it and it still sucks. Anyone know if there is anywhere reputable in North America that can rebuild the motor since there seems to be no where on earth to get a new one?

Used to be you could send your old wiper motor to Cardone via RockAuto to have it rebuilt but seems like that option is not available currently.
Try the parting out section but IME an old wiper motor may have the same issue as the one you have now.
Consider contacting CARDONE directly, maybe you could ship them your old motor to have it rebuilt?? Haven't used their service myself however.
