Sloppy Shifter repair

I decided to repair the shifter on my SM 420, I've done the same thing on a LC tranny that had some slop. I removed the old pins, they were very loose, I then tapped the holes for a quarter inch bolt, cut the head off leaving a quarter to 3 eights on the bolt. Put som thread lock on it the screwed them in tightened them up, then cut off the excess. Pic's included.
