Slight rpm fluctuation at idle and PHH near Bay Area (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I have had the 95 LC for almost a month now and did the following:
1. Spark plugs and wires
2. Valve cover gasket
3. PCV vent hoses
4. Air filter and intake hose
5. Brakes

Last night when I run the car, I noticed a very slight fluctuation of RPM at idle. It idles smoothly at about 650 rpm but the needles fluctuate just a little bit, less than 50 rpm. Any clues of what that could be? I just ordered a new PCV valve and plan to put that in to see if it will make any difference.

Also, I have been wanted to do the PHH but I cannot get to the PHH and I don't have the tools to cut the clamps. Any members in the San Fransico Bay Area could lend a hand? It will be great to meet some fellow members and I am happy to offer payment/beer/or anything else.

Idle fluctuation like that sounds like a small vacuum leak.

Hmm I will take a look at them. How do I check which ones are bad?
