How are those two wired to the alternator? Wiring diagram does not show or is that on battery 1 and battery 2 and 3 are wired together as "one" battery?

If you want to "move" alternator to batteries 2 & 3 take a look at my setup. Not for everyone, but another way of going.

Finished the hold-down for the batteries (not that they were going anywhere but...), drilled some drainage holes in the base, and it's back in for good.

How did you mount that big red switch? I have a similar one that I want to install so that I can disconnect my winch from the battery when it is not in use, but was having a hard time visualizing how to get the big switch mounted near the battery...

Any more pictures of the switch install? did you fabricate additional brackets, etc.?

Yeah it is a pain, and a small fortune in copper under the hood.
Also dropping power on ECU resets it and to recalibrate it right, they say you need to drive a certain mix of speeds.
So avoids that issue also.
