Hello. Can the rack be dismantled for easy transportation?
I'd like to have shipped to Charlotte, North Carolina

I’m pretty sure the crossbars can be taken off, so it would be four pieces in a long square type box/package. There is someone local though wanting the steps and roof rack. If they don’t follow through, I will let you know.
