Attempted to unbolt the rear bumper but the mounts were too deep in the frame rail to remove so I torched it off:

Then changed all the fluids on the truck:

And removed the front bumper for straightening and paint:

Nice work!

Something tells me this is not Toyota air conditioning. 88515-20040 comes up on RockAuto as an alternate part number, and looks like the pics at RockAuto. Plus, the valve on the Toyota microfiche looks like the RockAuto part.

It pulls up the correct Toyota part number for the expansion valve for my HVAC unit on Toyota Parts Deal.

Didn’t expect the new mat to be a metallic shade from the pics shown on Amazon. Figured it would work anyway but I didn’t end up liking the way it looked. Bummer.

So I went to Home Depot and bought some black interior carpet with a rubberized undercoating. Used the old mat as a template. Perfect. Will install tomorrow.

Nice.

Working on one right now and added a ceramic heat barrier product in the sound deadener.

Nice Work 👍

Took the truck on the highway today. The duct insulation did the job. No more heat from the front floorboard and trans tunnel.

Planning on getting the ac running before I reassemble the interior. Waiting on the set of ac brackets I sourced to come in.
