Anyone have templates for the corner supports that are part of the rear sill? I have a tub that the sill and corners are missing on so I have nothing to go by,

Yeah, the curved part at the end of the sill, that supports the lower quarter panel. Going to make my own rear sill but need to make the curved part with nothing to go off of.

They don't have to be exact, so use the bottom of the quarter to get the general curve. See the pic for their approximate shape. I welded mine to the quarter panel with spot welds.

Hey Coolerman...What guage metal did you use? and how did you bend that curve?

I bought CCOT sill but just curious.

I've placed a printable PDF at the URL below with a scan/outline at 100% of my 78 passenger side horn.

Please keep us updated on your progress - I'm in the same boat working on a sill solution.

Thats exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

And coolerman theres no metal left on the quarters to measure from either.

10 ga sheet. I cut the top and bottom out of 10 ga sheet with a jig saw. I cut out the 'back' from the same sheet.

To make the horn I started at one end, spot welded the back to the top and bottom, then worked it with a hammer to follow the curve of the top and bottom spot welding as I went. Finally I welded in a couple of braces between top and bottom.

Good luck with yours.

I just made mine out of 2 1/2 in box tubeing and rounded the corners ,cant remember the measerments from tip to tip but somebody might know.
