The driver's side window defrost tube on my 78 FJ40 was very brittle and broke apart just from light handling. Hard to find part (at least for me).
Found from the hardware store that a dishwasher drain hose fits perfect on the back side of the side vent.

The other end of the hose was a problem. Very brittle and no place on the fitting to attach the hose.
I decided to 3D print my own fitting. (I'm new to 3D printing)

It actually fit nice and snug into the upright tube! Installed a hose clamp on each end. Only took a bunch of years to finally get around to this project.

Thanks for checking out my little fix.
