Hello, my Mother has a beautiful 2004 100 series and is very emotionally attached to it but is now going to have significant difficulties getting in.

I'm looking at retractable and fixed steps but a fixed one would need to be very low.

We are I Queensland, Australia and would welcome any recommendations.

I have seen some really nice retractable steps like linked below but I'm struggling to find a 100 series set.

I'm also considering a custom build set.

It isn't used for any serious offroading anymore, at most getting around the farm, so we are not greatly concerned about clearance.

In Brisbane Australia, I have Clearview Powerboards on my LC200 fitted by ARB -- excellent for my disabilities but would not go well where sliders are required!

Suggest explore for LC100 (not needed in my case with AHC).

If concerned about gravel spray from front wheels damaging paintwork on rocker panels and doors, then also add longer front mudflaps.
