My oem look side decals are made by a advertisement shop/office, don´t know the right term for it. I have also done some detail stickers for restoration project and they are also printed by a ad office. Those stripes you are after look like to be cheap. All colors are solid (?) so no need for printing. Just pick the right colors and they can be cut. Measuring should also not be very difficult=expensive. Hope you get some made.
