I'm running LP9s on the bumper hooked to my high beams, Squadron SAE in the bumper running off the factory fog light switch and S2Pros on the A pillars for ditch lighting. I would like to run LP4s on the pillars and move the s2Pro's to the rear for back-up / chase lighting.

I ran a similar set up on my old FJ with LP9s on the bumper with Squadron Pro's in the bumper.

I also have S1's on my bike.

I'm kind of a fan of your stuff lol. I've run a few other major brands (Rigid, Lightforce, Diode Dynamics, PIAA, Hella...) and BD is by far the best quality and light output / color I've used.

Thanks for the response @prerunner221. Those are some solid builds, I've seen more and more people switch over to our LP4s on the A-pillars after we released the IPT covers. If you have any questions or need help with an order I'm your go-to guy.

We won a set of Sqadron lights at the Black Hills Cruiser Classic - thank you!
I am looking for ideas for use on our 100 series.

Have these installed on my FZJ75, LP6 Series. Just waiting on my amber covers for these. I've been using your products for over 20 years on moto's trucks etc. Lifelong fan, thanks for giving us such great products!

Do you have a 3-function 3” light? I would like to replace my existing 3-function fog lights by another manufacturer that I have on the front fenders and I need something that has a running light, high beam for fog and low beam for a turn single.

Hello Mike, The LP6 have a flood and flood+spot mode which works really well. What are you looking for in a running light? The LP6's do have a "running light" that you can turn on but it's just an amber light that doesn't project. I haven't set this up on mine yet but am considering it.

Hi James. I am looking for a fog light that has a marker or parking light function built in. The flood or flood and spot would be too bright as the turn signal. I need something that has two low beam functions (one for a turn signal and another for a marker light) and one powerful beam for a fog. I have 3” Auxbeam pods on my fenders and they work great but they get confused when I draw power from an accessory and the function inside of the light trips and makes the light flicker momentarily.

They would be to replace my lights on the fenders.

Spent some time tonight getting the headlights and Baja Designs auxiliary lights set up. The regular headlights are Holley Retro Brights and the Auxiliary lights are Baja Designs LP 6 Combos. For the regular lights, I have some marks on my garage to get them in where the FSM for my 60 says to set the height and side to side. For auxiliary lighting, I just ensure the two lights are coplanar and perpendicular to the axis of travel. One can do this by setting a straight edge across the faces of both light’s simultaneously and rotate them until the straight edge is flush across both surfaces of the light. The Baja designs are flat so this is easy. For vertical setting, I use a level and ensure the face of the light is at 90DEG to the ground using the bubble level with the truck parked on a level surface. Below I have shown the lights on in the following order: 1. Factory low beam. 2. Factory high beam. 3. Factory high beam and aux flood. 4. Factory high beam and aux spot and flood. What I love about the flood is how much lighting goes off to the sides. The spot light is just amazing. For reference, the tiny spot way out in the distance is a reflector on the road .5km (.3 miles) away.

Final thoughts: The Holleys are a nice package with good cutoff for regular street driving. When my 60 comes back from Kelly Saad I’ll do a comparison with the Koito factory lights with Diode Dynamics bulbs to see how they compare against the Holley retro brights. The Baja Designs products are always top tier. I will however install the amber covers as it helps reduce glare back to the driver, especially in dusty or foggy conditions. I really love the side coverage as it helps one see critters on the side of the road to avoid collisions. This section of dirt road is straight for close to a mile. Since there are no speed limit signs I was able to really give the truck the beans and with the full spot on, never felt close to running about of light.
