Do you get that phantom "clunk" people talk about?I think the general consensus is that if/when it fails, just remove it. I had one that failed in an LX450 causing binding issues when taking tighter turns and getting into parking spots. A couple hours of work to remove and button it all back up. No more binding issues and there is no negative effects on drive-ability.
