That thing has been to the BEACH!! Unfortunately, in Texas you can drive on many beaches…and that one has! Yikes
It needs more oil leaks to mitigate the rust problem.........
In case everyone else isn't being blunt enough: Yes, you are crazy to think you can DD that truck any time soon. Also, that dealership is hoping to get some sucker that doesn't know anything about Land Cruisers (because obviously they don't either).

The wheels have been painted, which will find it's way off in small specks or large flakes.
The rust is bad enough but it's only half as bad as the rust you can't see.
That interior is a SuperFund site.
AND it's at a dealer.

hell to the no for $10K. and while you're at it, stay away from that dealership That's way more rust than I would ever want to deal with.
