Long time reader, second time poster. So sorry in advance for any rookie mistakes.

Im about to buy my first LC. Im looking at a '91 FJ80 from JDM. Its getting a prepurchase inspection right now then after Ill go down and take a look at it in person.

There's just a couple things I wanted yalls input on before I do.

I attached 4 photos - looks 'spray painted black', what are yalls thoughts on this?
